RESERVE A SITE ON LINE:
The website park map and associated calendar for each site will tell you which sites are available for rental. You can select a site, reserve your days and pay on line all in advance of arrival.
RESERVE IN PERSON ON ARRIVAL:
If you prefer to reserve and pay in person on arrival, we post the name of the party reserving each site and the rental dates at each campsite on the utility post at each site. Feel free to pick out and set up on a non-reserved site and our manager will come by in the evening to check you in. Make yourself at home.
Rental rates are $40.00 per night for lakefront sites 1, 2 and 3. The daily rate for 2nd row sites 7-10 is $30. 00 per night. Monthly rentals are available at the rate of $500.00 including utilities. The base rental includes the site, utilities, the use of the park restroom, shower and laundry, fishing and use of the pool. Base rental does not include golf which is available at a guest greens fee rate.
All park rentals are expected to be prepaid either by website reservation or in person on the evening of your arrival. Our park manager is Terry Bridges. His cell no. is 706 962-7736. Charles LeGette, the owner backs up Mr. Bridges. His cell no. Is 706 401 9636. Feel free to call or text him at any time. His email is “manager@Wwccrvpark.com”. Mr. Bridges lives at the park and will come by to introduce himself and welcome you to the park. He will help you complete your check-in and will answer any questions you may have.
Park Wireless Signal: From Settings on you device search for wireless signals. Look for “RV Park” as a signal. That is our wireless. The password is “RV Camping”.
Golf course: Washington Wilkes Country Club is a small, private golf club. We are proud of our historic Donald Ross course and design. You are welcome to play our course. Guest rates are $30.00 per golfer on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, inclusive of a golf cart and $25.00 per round Monday through Thursday. The pro shop is generally open and staffed on the weekends. Feel free to visit the pro shop when open. The phone to the pro shop is 706 678 2046, otherwise, contact Mr. Bridges, the park manager for golf information.
RV park walkers and joggers: you are welcomed to walk or jog on the golf course both early and late in the day when it is not in use by the golfers. Please be aware that the golfers have the right of way at all times. Walk or jog, early or late when the golfers are not using the course. No non greens fee paid golf or golf practice on the course at any time.
Driving range and putting green: RV park guests are free to use the driving range and putting green for appropriate practice. Balls may be obtained in the pro shop when open. Practice on the golf course is not allowed. Golf is available to RV Park guests at the guest greens fee rate. Talk to our manager to arrange for golf.
Swimming pool: our pool is available for use by club members, summer swim members and by RV park guests only. Two swim passes are included in each RV rental. It is a swim at your own risk pool, we have no lifeguards. Please take care to properly supervise your children and non-swimmers at all times. Please no glass or alcohol at the pool, please clean up after yourself and use the trash cans. Respect the privacy and rights of other pool users. Please encourage children to use the restroom downstairs in the pool house and not to potty in the pool.
Fishing: Two fishing passes are included in each RV rental. RV park guests, feel free to fish from the banks of the lake or bring a boat, canoe, or kayak. Electric motors only. You can also fish from the pond adjacent to the golf course, but do not fish from the banks along the golf course as golfers will be playing there, use the opposite banks away from the golf course. You are responsible for staying out of the way of the golfers. Please take care to fish and boat safely. No jet skis please, we are the quiet place. Fishing is limited to club members and RV park guests only. Not open to public fishing.
Loud music, noise, disruptive activity, etc. We expect all guests to respect the privacy and quiet of all other guests and WWCC members. Remember, we aspire at WWCC RV park to be a small, private, quiet park at all times. Our park is a place to get away from the noise, crowding, hustle and bustle of modern life and to relax in the country and to enjoy the beautiful view and fresh air. The manager reserves the right to terminate any rental and remove any quests who seem to be unable to abide by the foregoing park rules.
